"This meal was excellent! My wife and I have had steaks all over town- and this is a town with MANY options when it comes to steakhouses. The steak (filet) was cooked to order and had a delicious crust on it. It was seasoned SO well. The music is a wee bit Miami-club vibe for me personally but worth enduring for this experience. The decor is rustic and masculine and almost cave-like. Francisco took great care of us as did Sebastian. The corn desert is unique and the corn flavor is strong but I really enjoyed it. There were many amazing options for sides- the broccolini had a nice kick to it, the gratin potatoes were creamy. The BEET SALAD was to die for. Definitely check it out ASAP."

"An amazing experience with absolutely delicious food. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly and upscale team. While the food and drinks took a bit longer than expected due to a large group dining at the same time, the wait was more than worth it. The drinks were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The hamachi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the Australian Wagyu was worth every single dollar—tender, juicy, and perfectly prepared. Our server, Yuhan, delivered an attentive and refined dining experience and offered excellent menu recommendations. A must-try dining experience!"

"My birthday celebration at Ro Steakhouse was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and special. We even had the opportunity to meet the chef, which made the experience even more memorable. The entire team was incredibly attentive and kind, especially JC our wonderful waiter. He gave us a tour of the restaurant, which was a wonderful touch, and surprised me with a delicious dessert and a glass of wine for my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were very reasonable for the quality, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great dining experience in Coral Gables. I will definitely be coming back!"

"I enjoyed our Valentine’s Day dinner that we had with three other couples for a total of eight people. The service and the food was very good. The reason for the four stars is that there was an exaggerated delay in getting us our table despite having reservations. There was an opportunity for service recovery, considering that we were there for so long. Perhaps a glass of Prosecco would’ve been appropriate to keep us happy while we waited for a table that should have been ready."

"So impressed by this new spot! Everything was exceptional. We started with the branzino chicharron recommend by our AMAZING waiter Yuhan. I would not normally order this but honestly thank goodness he recommended it, dont skip it. I had the risotto with scallops which was fantastic as well, perfectly balanced, large portion, you can’t ask for more. My husband had the lamb which was beautifully charred and exceptionally seasoned. To round out the night Yuhan insisted on the cheesecake and honestly give that guy a raise because Ive never had a better cheesecake in my life. Didnt have time to get a picture, it was too good. I definitely be back, but only if we’re sat with Yuhan. I didnt give cocktails the props they deserve, but go try them too, you can’t go wrong their cocktail menu has it all."

"We came to RO Steakhouse to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The food was incredible; we ordered the lamb rack, spicy rigatoni, ribeye, and truffle potatoes on the side, and every bite was amazing. For an appetizer, the branzino chicharrón was unreal. Yuham was our server and honestly made the night even better. He was attentive, super friendly, and recommended the perfect dishes for us. You can tell he really knows the menu and cares about the experience. Between the great food, good vibes,and excellent service, it was a perfect anniversary dinner. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Everyone—from the hosts to the entire staff—was incredibly friendly. The food and service were outstanding. Yuhan H was especially welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout our visit. We drove all the way from Naples, and it was absolutely worth the trip. We started with the bone marrow, shrimp carpaccio, and cheese appetizers, which were all amazing. The presentation of each dish was just as impressive as the flavors. For our mains, the salmon paired beautifully with the caper cream sauce, and the aged steak was incredibly tender—it practically melted in your mouth. To finish, the corn dessert was the perfect ending to an overall fantastic dining experience."
